Bittrex Delists BitShares providing a perfect "Blood in the Streets" Entry Point

in #bitshares7 years ago (edited)

News struck Tuesday morning that major altcoin exchange Bittrex has decided to delist BitShares without providing a specific reason to consumers or BitShares developers. This of course led to the conjuring of many tinhat conspiracy theories across the internet most of which are easily proven to be untruthful. To me this provided the prime entry point I've long been waiting for into the BitShares space. While I've used the OpenLedger decentralized exchange a bit over the years (desperately trying to encourage more volume for this DEX) I've yet to make any kind of sizable investment into the BTS Bitshares token/coin itself. Well that has changed today! I encourage everyone to research for themselves and make a decision on whether this FUD and sell off is justifiable. The recent BitShares state of the network being a great place to start - https://steemit.com/bitshares/@steempower/bitshares-state-of-the-network-3rd-october-2017

My recommendation is to buy everything you can under 1600 satoshis. (Trade at your own risk of course)

I doubt this is related but I just saw this "glitch?" happen live:

How was someone able to buy BitSilver at 547 without hitting the lower orders first? I'm dumbfounded right now ...

Prob just need to refresh, happens on polo all the time
