Bittrex... Why You No Verify Me??
After a sudden suspension of withdraws for unverified users, it has been well over a month since I have sent in my "Enhanced Verification" documents...
Zero Support Response (Excluding the Automatic Bot messages)
Zero Ability to Withdraw
Now, i know many users are fans of Bittrex, so I wont go so far as to say its a "Scam" - But, based on what I have dealt with in the past....
This is nearing a borderline "Scam"
It's like that saying
Everything is Great!! Until it's Not
Which is exactly how cryptocurrencies tend to work, and more importantly - Exchanges.
Lets take a look at Mt. Gox.
- Everything was great, until one day - "Suspended Withdraws"
Then we all watched as that exchange just, one day, Collapsed with all user funds!!
Anyone get bitcoins back from Gox???
Anyways, lets continue...
How about Cryptsy and "Big Bad Vern?"
Yeah, I would love to have that 0.3 btc back - but beyond that, Cryptsy took the route similar to what Bittrex is now doing.
- Suspended withdraws until verification
- Introduced new trading rules
- Ultimately, came out claiming "Hack" and subsequently collapses!
- Taking everyones bitcoins down with it
Once again, I'm not willing to start screaming scam to one of the most widely used bitcoin exchanges, but I tend to move carefully when exchanges start playing these games. Unfortunately, having bitcoin already trapped on the exchange doesn't really help the situation, and normally I wouldn't be so upset except I have the majority of my crypto tied down in investments right now, and my Bittrex account was for my personal cash...
$11,000 isn't really junk change anymore
Instead, I'm being forced to Power Down my tiny Steemit account until something frees up
I hate powering down!! - It has been a huge mistake Every Single Time
Anyone else having issues with Bittrex Verifications?
Please make a comment if you have received support and things worked out... I could use an uplifting story to bring back the faith.
All in All, It's nothing new. I have lost a lot of bitcoins through scams, cloud mining, bad investments, exchange collapses, accidental burning, sending to wrong accounts, and basically any other way you could set fire to cash ;)

There is Bitshares DEX for you. The volume and available coins are low. But it's a DEX which can run NASDAQ on it. I'm currently holding a lot of my money in BTS coin. I just don't use the DEX much yet. Mainly I'm on Binance.
interesting. Yeah I keep hearing more and more about binance... Im tempted to try it out.
Tho most of my investments are into these upcoming decentralized/hybrid exchanges..
Eidoo will be having there exchange soon, exscudo is almost to beta, and Stex (not too sure on that one). The exchange issue needs a serious solution - makes crypto look bad - unprepared to go from a collectors token into the real world IMO.
Binance is the best Centralized Exchange period. It has 2 flaws
No margin trading
Charts could be better
In every other way Binance is on top of the game with excellent team, lowest fees I'm aware of (0.05%) ease of use. Bunch of extra features, pays GAS for your NEO. Has many coins that are not in any other popular exchange and they are the biggest growth story of a Exchange I know.

THIS is why I starting removing ALL of my funds from Brittrex almost 3 weeks ago... and I had a considerable amount of funds at Brittrex.
About 4 months ago, I also started moving much of a sizable amount of NEO holdings from Bittrex.
I currently have exactly ONE penny in USD at Bittrex.

Smart move by you, I definitely don't want to deposit and wish I only had 1 penny on there lol...
My problem was having all my Cloud mining payouts go into my bittrex account. Not paying attention until I wanted some extra cash, and boom... Not able to withdraw.

Yeah, like i said in a previous comment. I hear a lot about binance. Ill think about it, what does the referral do for you - transaction fee rebates?
I would get 50% of any fees you pay for transactions. so when you pay your 1% fee, 0.5 goes to Binance and 0.5% goes to your referrer. Or 0.5% and 0.25% if you use BNB to pay your fees (BNB is a binance crypto)
Thats why binance is exploding in volume.
I think they should encorporate a fee rebate for traders too. Like 10% goes back, or something like that.
Yeah it seams like a pretty lucrative referral. It says right in the FAQ that the % will likely change at one point in the future. It would be nice for them to give back to the referree too.

Have used Bittrex for a long while and was happy until a few days ago.
Sold a lot of coins and had to transfer from BTC to an account I switch to Euro.
Got a message at Bittrex, try in 24 hours your limit is reached.
I waited for 24 hours and got the same message again.
Then I checked my settings to see if something was wrong and that was it.

DAILY WITHDRAWAL LIMIT 0 BTC
and DIGITAL TOKEN TRADING is no longer checked.
My account is approved and has 2 factor approval and high exit limit on BTC.
Have sent to bittrex support and have just received only answers with what I can check and that they have a lot of support and will respond as soon as possible.
I sold now as BTC was on a peak and pr. Today I lose a lot of the course that has now gone down again.

I actually just received support email that reset my account and let me attempt to verify again!
I tried... Failed once again. Now I'm waiting on support to manual verify a 2nd time ;)
it's becoming a headache I'm ready to get rid of... Hopefully everything works out on your end

many people There account is verified but they think it's not when They Go To basic Verification section ^^^

Yeah, my basic failed and I had to submit documents for enhanced, I have no boxes checked with a daily withdraw limit of 0. but I finally received a response today, hopefully im on the fast track now!
sorry didnt read the whole post but i was waiting for months and this week they enhanced my acc.
You can try twitter. I left a messages at their news tweet. Saying they are taking on new customers.. I was like wtf can you please take care of the current ones... So like many other i left my request number, some were lucky .
Then next day i closed/solved most of my requests and send then one about withdraw issues. in stead of verification issues. 4 days later it was fixed

Hey, Thats a good story I was hoping to hear. It's good to know people are receiving support. Seems like they have disabled New User registration so they can take care of the current customers.
Hopefully everything is sorted out soon and Trex can remain a top exchange
Bittrex closed membership subscription. I expect you to open it as soon as possible. I guess it opens to 2 days.

Did they close registration for new users? - I sure hope so! They should take care of there current users before letting new ones flood in. That was there mistake.
