Bit20 Journey

In the bit20 platform I had made 28 dollars from my 20 that I had invested. I re-invested the amount and waited 3 weeks. The price had taken a turn downwards, so I didn't sell however I did settle in the open ledger, so the amount came to 4 dollars in BTS. Now I am investing those 4 dollars into twentix. I don't know understand this smartcoin. I believe it is because I settled instead of selling my bit20 coins for bitshares.
