Yesterday I started photocopying my screenshots associated with my Poloniex account. Lending, buying, and selling activities were all screen shot saved. Not to create a huge library of each activity associated with my account, but instead to create a go to reference for future activities. I found that a great help was to ask questions to the Troll box which was so much quicker than using a customer support ticket. Ron
