Building a team in the new economy.

I just got off the phone with a very inspired motivated team of individuals I plan to be working with in the coming months to develop a particular interest with.

Some of the things we talked about. How so many people out there are living in this standard form of acceptance in their life. For no better reason than that they haven't challenged themselves to surpass the standards that have been taught to them in school. I realize I'm kind of preaching to the choir here. The community that we are creating as stemians, we are pushing for a better way of life. One free of social constraints. Setting new boundaries. Accomplishing outcomes in ways only dreamed of in the 90's. And please if you agree with me, comment below. I'm sure I'm not the only one that believes this. But it's something I believe in, and want to see grow. Maybe these are just rantings but we can find that space to come together and grow. Here.

We have to believe in a brighter future. And an environment that we are free to explore that. So again, thank you for sharing these moments with me. The space that's been set for us has been polarized to the extreme. Now we are seeing an area that people will be more comfortable working collaboratively with their peers on the quantum level through the interwebs. Connecting through time and space. Technology is giving us that opportunity. And what a time to be alive! Wow!

So I've been putting in effort over the years to find a place where I can make the shift from one extreme to some middle ground. Maybe making five dollars here through my first two posts wasn't a big success. But it is a success. A light. That we can come together as a unit and contribute to one another. In ways I am only starting to grasp.

You know, I've been riding this rollercoaster of emotions at the call centre where I gain my primary source of income. Calling for charities. And I love it. Alot of people don't appreciate things like this, but I truly believe that it is making people's lives better in the long run. For generations, we have relied on alot of these services and offerings in ways alot of people haven't realized. Which makes it unfortunate to say, our future generations don't seem to take interest in these ways of life.

This doesn't mean that we have to rely on something so mundane for our livelihood, but it is a means to an end. A way to see ourselves to the clear. Enabling us to move forwards. As one construct deteriorates, another is formed. And we are living in that 'upside down' phase right now, where we see the beast of our burden, and know there is another way to do it.

So I'd like to welcome each and every one of you to expand on your thoughts that may arise from this post. Share with me your drives and ambition. The thoughts that are provoked. What do you feel when you read my words?

And I will promise you that I will put in my own efforts to become more concise. Frequenting my posts more regularly. And in more solid directions. This point in my blog, it's my goal to find that direction. And I am quite content to share the thoughts running through my mind in that process.
