France is a step ahead of Crypto regulation! Great to see an exchange from there cause Europes Crypto exchange market is really depressing! Suppose to have industry leading exchanges however due to regulation and little legal clarity, I can understand why we don't have major exchanges from this region. Blockchain.io has been giving the green by the government, so I'm hoping this would turn to be a success. France has also provided legal framework for ICO's!
