CWe run a government with blockchain decentralize app?
this is a big question
if we talk about tactically it's not impossible like we can say its esteemed is a small kingdom of almost 0.35 million ppl and some hundred robots, and like the cabinet, we have witness vote thy power kingdom, like the constitution in assembly or Sanat, we have post and every member right to approve (upvote) or disapprove (flag) any change, I m not say that you instal steemit as government app but after done some changes it can be but it's not easy like that,

because of politicians business
Today politics also a business and if government run on blockchain no matter how but every signal move is open for everyone and that not what any politicians want, and not only politicians but also business tycoons on this list, they also see blockchain and cryptocurrency as revolution angst them,

and that way I think the blockchain is an amazing combination of art and revolution you can see in examples on steemit we are all artist in the different categorys and we use Revolutionary platform steemit lets hope for bats future at least our children see true democracy.
Just as long as steemit doesn't become some sort of strange version of identity politics I think we are all good.
