Why you should care about blockChain

First off I want to start off by saying that bitCoin could be the major gate way for a microPayment platform, its been decades that everyone has been talking about this movement (trend) for example we have paypal, venmo, and you can even send money through Facebook.

Now behind bitCoin lies the blockChain technology. The DNS & SSL lately have seen breaks in those technologies, the solution that could come into play to solve these problems could like in blockChain. I picture the crypto coin world as the large research & development companies in the world. It is important to keep the internet open. The movement toward open source has helped create the atmosphere and has helped technologies like bitCoin & blockChain to flourish. Looks like there are potential solutions that this shared DB technology could fix. Governments are looking into this as alternatives toward social security numbers, birth and certifications. The financial sector is looking at this as a way to help with large sophisticated trading platforms. Private companies are looking to use this technology as a way to control inventories and to help track the entire process from supply chain to end user purchases. Where ever this technology takes us, I am excited about it as well as other programmers. It is already impressive on how this technology is already being used and where it is integrated. I look forward toward where we can take this technology into other areas.
