Firstly I never knew an ICO could be undertaken by anyone, I tot I was only for the big guns. Also, I also believe that If everyone was looking for venture capitalists and angel investors they will surely elapse their capacity. But an advice from me to you is that you seek advice and ask questions from people who you know have done an ICO so that you can avoid the mistakes they made and get a better outcome. All the best.
