It is crazy @danizaharie but I don't even think BUILDERIUM has realised its own potential yet. Blockchain in the construction industry promises to be a massive not just in terms of trust but also payments and new technologies
After following you for a while I have really come to appreciate the different variety of projects that you have introduced on this platform. As of late my family back home has been involved in selling some old real estate and purchasing a new one in stead. After seeing them struggling with the lack information on small projects and those who have it charge exorbitant commissions. It got me thinking about bringing this kind information for middle class income groups on the blockchain.
They found that when they brought up their specifications up to the contractor, each one to them a vastly different price. This lack of uniformity was a more than a little disconcerting as it put a lot of doubt in my mind as well.
Although now after a year of struggling they have been able to get what they needed but it makes me winder how a projects like builderium could have made things simpler for them

Quite an interesting concept Builderium bring together directly between consumers who were in here is the maker of home or host who wants to build a property with the architect without any intermediary.
Its look sad when you spend $500,000 in advertising. Yes its true a lot of comoetition trending in construction industries. But if companoes set there meassurments to reduce there expenses. It will be great for all.
