Been waiting to see something like this. Once real estate can be owned with tokens with low barrier to entry price points, the RE market will increase quite dramatically once the illiquidity premium is out of the market. Thanks for the post. :-)

Money was acting as a way to transfer value . When we can tokenize asset , we dont need money(fiat) to transfer value. This is future past.
Sounds like a really interesting development. Similar to REITs or tracker funds but giving you more control.
