There are a lot of blockchains that help support bringing greater value to many.

Are there any blockchains that specifically focus on helping those who are disadvantaged ? For example, a blockchain that purposely works to lift the poor of poverty.

Would love this to be a thread to surface and discuss these types of blockchains
