1.Daily news feed and maintenance of our self-established media channels.

4. Further refined the copywriting for the APP version of FOTA.

5. Determined promotional copywriting for FOTA.

Customer Service
  1. Adjusted settings of customer service system according to feedback.
  2. Further refined the knowledge base of customer service bot.
  3. Received feedback from beta users.
  4. Screened out beta testers for the first week and distributed invitation codes.
  5. Made a flowchart regarding problem-solving.
Other
  1. Collected contacts of overseas channels and initially determined cooperation mode.
  2. Contacted and established a strategic partnership with multiple activity organizers, community provider, and media.
Talent Hunting
  1. Reviewed a total of 151 resumes this week. 38 candidates were given face-to-face interviews and 2 people were hired.
  2. Provided daily office support.
