At last, the individual workers are also going to be assessed adn rewarded based on their efforts into an organisation and not just the mear fact that he/she holds a high profile rank in a company.
That's very true @Frimpz what the Blackbox Foundation seeks to do is to bring absolute transaparency and a fair system in rewarding workers for the work that they do for a company.
