Traditionally HFT has been an exclusive monopoly of the big players in algorithmic trading industry. This technology basically democratizes the $1400 Trillion algotrading industry and makes it accessible to anyone in a Zero-Loss environment.
Zero-Loss environment sounds too good to be true. I need to read more about them.
