I am a big coffee drinker and I tend to use this example a lot, so this announcement caught my eye.
Today, anyone can slap a label on a bag of coffee that says “organic” or “family owned farm” or anything like that.
But can you prove it?
If you could and you’re a coffee supplier or brand, you now have an opportunity to differentiate your product and attract more of the customers who share your beliefs.
What’s more, because you can prove your claim, you can possibly charge a higher price.
