The whole collapse is because the big boys ignored bitcoin and thought nothing of it. Now they see its potential and because they is all their wisdom didn't see it are pissed and are trying to bring it down, not destroy it, but bring it down to levels where they can buy in at a good rate/ then double down on it and boost its price. Looks like you were right. If I am not mistaken JP Morgan has already bought a large chunk of the BTC market share at the new lower rate.
Greed is always predictable. These guys at J.P Morgan and co. are the greediest. We just cant let them take too much of them. we as a community need to protect ourselves, but by the same token take heart in knowing that this is pioneer land and this is the beginning of the gold rush.
Each and every individual able to earn their livelyhood....and going to be real indipendent where we will not economically control by the states....economic development will lead individual power, we will be able to enjoy the real freedom...may every thing will be ok soon... problem of bitcoin should be normal soon and again able to see the smile in the face of each and every one.....same with you looking forward .......
I agree, it appears that the blockchain worries them. But why initially let bitcoin advance forward? Will the Central Banks be introducing their own "safer" version of the blockchain, once everyone is accustomed to the technology and demands to use it?
Yes, the banks are already building and planning these. Also, in a not too surprising twist, it appears that JP Morgan has now bought a chunk of the market share after denigrating the coin and driving the price down. These people are not stupid. We have to watch out. JP Morgan is also working on a blockchain technology of their own.
It is going to get dangerous as cash is done away with and people begin to trust this big bank blockchains.

@kafkanarchy84 - You are absolutely right - The news is a big business and naturally the biggies want to control the access to news for the masses because that is how they can charge premiums for their services. They will do everything to discredit other news sources and mediums so that the masses are dependent on them for news. With the internet, so much information is now available that you hardly need traditional print/ AV media. Of course, we need to check the rationality and authenticity of what we read on the internet but have we not had our doubts about CNN coverage of some issues being biased??
