Best uses of blockchain technology?

Blockchain technology always boils down to one thing, and that's DECENTRALIZATION. Any product that exists today can be decentralized if they act as a middle man between a consumer and a product.

For example, Quora technically is a middle man between content writers and their earnings. A site like Musing is able to ensure that we can all make money fairly..
