The project developers plan to deliver decentralized energy towers using a special buoyancy technology (the technology is to produce green electricity). Conceptly I like this ICO, who aim against humanity. Continent of Africa is vast, but but the level of life is far from feasible. I hope this ICO can have a positive effect on the development of the community, especially the issue of education. Without electricity, I guess the implementation of learning will not run well.
