I've come across Singular before. It is a good idea I just feel it is too soon for such a big change. It is IMO akin to if Netflix had come along with their streaming idea in the 1990s at the height of Blockbuster's success - the task to succeed would have been that much greater.

I hope they do well. It might have been better if they were on another blockchain though because for many people ethereum is tainted with the stain of the DAO hack and the hard fork. Hopefully they can survive long enough for people to get over that.
