Poloniex doesn't respond to anyone in a timely manner. Check out reddit.com/r/Poloniex and you will a see a subreddit entirely made up of people struggling to get their funds back. With many people waiting anywhere from days to months for a reply.

The Siacoin team and Ripple team have removed them as a recommended exchange as they don't respond often enough and have too many issues.
