CROWD MACHINE: REVOLUTIONIZING THE BLOCKCHAIN AND DECENTRALIZED APPS SECTOR
Crowd: A group of people/things congregated or collected into a close body without order.
Machine: A device that directs and controls energy, often in the form of movement or electricity, to produce a certain effect.
From the above, Crowd Machine would literally mean a congregation of machines working together to attain a cumulative outcome. Well, if you were thinking of it this way, then you are half way through understanding the entire concept I am about to explain. Crowd Machine is a decentralized cloud, built on blockchain technology that seeks to create a universal platform for both developers and non-developers alike to create traditional and blockchain apps 45X faster than is currently done.
Now, consider the following problem statements:
Statement 1
Kofi is a 16 year old High School student in Ghana. Upon persistent requests, his older brother, who works in the United States sends him a brand new laptop computer to facilitate his studies. After examining the machine, he realizes it's a 3.4GHz Core i7-2600 PC. As you would probably guess, kofi only uses his PC to read documents, watch movies and sometimes visits Facebook. Kofi is utilizing less than a third of his computer's processing power and is worried that a chunk of his machines resources is being wasted.
Solution 1
A friend introduces kofi to the Crowd Machine. He dedicates his surplus processing power to a greater course. At the end of the day, Kofi earns money for committing his computing power to Crowd Machine whiles making significant contributions to the world of app development and creation.
Statement 2
Ama is a 25 year old business woman. She is very hard working and managed to start a small shopping mall about a year ago. Today, the shop is getting bigger and bigger and she's finding it difficult to keep accurate inventory of her products. Ama needs an application that can keep track of the amount of goods that enter and leave her shop at any given point in time. She also needs the app to be able to determine how much profit each batch of products has made by comparing her purchasing prices to her sales prices. Unfortunately, all the apps she has found on the market haven't been able to meet her desired specifications. She is very determined and even attempted unsuccessfully to learn Solidity (a coding language to help her write her own program).
Solution 2
While searching online for better alternatives, Ama comes across the Crowd Machine. Here, she is able to develop her dream app without having to code. With the Crowd App Studio, she simply uses a drag and drop interface to tailor the app to suit her personal needs.
Statement 3
Esi is a young talented developer who has always been interested in developing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) which could be incorporated into smart cars to enable them drive by themselves. Self driving cars huh? The concept is not as farfetched as it may sound but of course, she is going to need a lot of time, effort and most importantly money in order to complete such an application. To get a car to drive itself, it should be able to recognize and interpret road signs. Esi has successfully coded for this specific task but doesn't have the financial capability to continue.
Solution 3
Esi finds the Crowd Machine. She uses this platform to monetize the code she has completed so far and also gets access to lots of similar and complimentary codes written by other developers. She makes money from her uncompleted work and uses it to help complete her ultimate program. It's that simple.
How Does Crowd Machine Work?
The Crowd Machine operates in 3 major interactive phases which I have attempted to illustrate using the above cases: The Crowd Computer, The Crowd App Studio and The Crowd Share.
The Crowd Computer is an advanced distributed computer that consists a peer-to-peer network of Crowd Virtual Machines. As you would have noted in Statement 1, computer users across the globe can dedicate their spare computational power into a huge and powerful super computer. The resulting computer can provide the speed and processing power required in the development of blockchain apps. The good news is, users are compensated for the power they dedicate.
The Crowd App Studio is an app development medium that gives users the power to make their ideas come to life. This medium allows anyone, from seasoned developers to novices with no coding experience, to develop blockchain and decentralized apps at rates that for exceed current approaches. As seen in statement 2, people demand apps of unique specifications on daily bases. Meanwhile, there are only about a couple of hundred thousand people who can develop such apps. This is a simple case of demand and supply. Crowd Machine aims to breach this overwhelming gap between the demand for apps and its supply. It will accomplish this by empowering the ordinary individual to be able to design and create their own applications.
The Crowd Share is the last but equally important component of the Crowd Machine. This platform allows developers to earn from snippets of codes without necessarily having to present the complete package of the app. If you decide to deploy your work onto the Crowd Machine, you earn money each time your code block or complete application is executed. As I stated in Statement 3, you can use the money you earn from your incomplete apps to facilitate the completion of the ultimate package.
Conclusion
The Crowd Machine allows anyone to create Crowd Machine decentralized apps and get paid. It again enables anyone to use their devices spare capacity to run Crowd Machine decentralized apps and get paid. And lastly, there is a decentralized app marketplace for developers to sell their apps.
The Road map: this is how far the platform has come and where it is headed,

I've read few posts about Crowd Machine and yours surely is one of the better ones out there.
Im not sure if I understood it right. Correct me please if Im wrong.
Crowd Machine will provide developers with some sort of "templates" that can help create decentralized apps on blockchain?
Potential to use this tool in the future looks very promissing.
I know that you're taking part of @originalworks contest. Good luck to you :)
Obviously UPVOTED ! :)
Cheers, Piotr
I just checked @originalworks contest results. Congratz!
I hope you dont mind my comment again, but I have some more questions related to Crowd Machine. I tried very hard to find answers and I read quite a number of posts related to this issue but I failed.
Most of all: what advantage Crowd Machine has over their direct competition (https://dadi.cloud)? DADI is already listed on coinmarketcap.com for quite some time (and available on KuCoin).
I dont know much about DADI. I just found out about this project few hours ago and I would like to hear your view.
You mind telling me how in your opinion CM can affect current market and existing platform?
Will ETH, Cardano, Neo, EOS, Lisk, iota, waves or qtum benefit or is Crowd Machine a threat to them? Hope you can share your view on this issue. I would appreciate a lot.
ps. Im super passionate about crypto and blockchain technology and it seem that we're both sharing this passion. I will be following you closely.
Please continue with great content. Steemit need people like you more than anything else (I mean solid content creators).
