RE: Blockchain goes to the UN..!! For those that may not yet have seen this, I can highly recommend watching the full speech.

Forgive me if I do not share your enthusiasm in regards to Mr. Muscat and his governments intentions to be at the vanguard of blockchain/cryptocurrency worldwide.
Malta positioned itself to become the focal point of online gambling in Europe, not long ago and succeeded in doing so accumulating over 300 online gambling companies headquartered in Malta. However, with poor oversight and regulations it also became a hotbed for Italian Mafia money laundering to the tune of billions of dollars.

This is only the tip of the iceberg, Mr. Muscat's administration is also linked to the Panama Papers / Money laundering / Shell companies and ties to organized crime. (see Ministers Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri - 2 of Muscat's closest advisers).

Many believe that Muscat is also connected to the murder of journalist Dauphne Caruana Galizia. Muscat recently remarked that there was no reason for a public inquiry into her death. She died in a fiery car bombing almost a year ago and was a harsh critic of Muscat, corruption and online gambling on Malta.

I'm not here to spread FUD.
All of us would like to see good news in the crypto-space but please let's not celebrate this sorry lot.
