And That's All My Father Had Said.
So I called my father and I was like, you know, like this friend is asking me to throw it, but I don't want to and all that. So he told me a very nice story. He said, you know, one of these, you know, one of the people in India, like he used to be, so I don't know how to say it, you know, that he used to, like what do you call a bhakt, like a Kali bhakt, what do you call? He was a follower of Kali.
Yeah, like he was also a saint who used to follow a particular goddess called Kali, Ram Krishna. And so, you know, so his god, because we have these clay gods and goddesses, right? So it broke and everybody told him to put it in the water because it was going to bring him bad luck. And he had said, like, if your son falls and breaks his bones, would you put him in the water or just fix his hands? And that's all my father had said.
