But I Love What He Did

in #blog8 days ago

In fact, before I entered the space, I stumbled on one of his posts. And I feel like every day that I see his posts, the feminists in me want to repost that and then curse him out. But then I'll tell myself, well, it's Plato, so let me just bear him.

You know, today, talking about how the digital life has actually colonized human attention and identity, it reminds me of Plato, I think he's the perfect case study that I would use to talk about, you know, social media force. Yeah, but just like Richard already said, that part's where, um, in his speech that reads, um, why do you need a follower count if your followers count? I feel like that's what really stood out for me. It was very clean.

Like, it actually makes me to pause and think about the entire vanity of social media metrics here. And I was actually reading something. I don't know if I can see this in the person's WhatsApp space.

One minute, guys. Well, that actually stood out for me because when I see all this war or fight going on on Twitter or any social media space, I don't really like to be caught in the multiverse of whatever that is because of this particular post that I saw. One minute.

Uh-huh. The person was just like, oh, my God. I just saw this.

Uh-huh. The person was just about, you know, social media has a way of making what shouldn't be our problem our problem. And that is the reason why they don't engage in these mindless wars that happen in social media.

And apart from the fact that many stories are probably hot take or rage bait, and I feel like Plato is always rage baiting me on this app, but he doesn't know that. He's always rage baiting me, you know? And also, like, these things, these issues are not yours, you know, because most of the description, things that happen about stories that has happened about people or something, I realize that I don't have anybody in my life that fits this description, you know? I have people who are amazing, who are beautiful, who are wise. I don't have these principalities and powers that have been described on here.

So it kind of encourages me not to even participate in any of this. But then I love what Plato Grammy Boy did. I don't know.

You need to get out of my, this thing. But I love what he did, you know, with the whole poem. Like, he gave room.
