But what's to stop more people from doing that from here on out? Well DACA is never happening again, right? DACA is not happening again. Trump tapped DACA and closed enrollment in his first term and it's over. So if you have DACA, you have DACA.
If you don't have DACA, good luck. It's over. So the program's dead because it's unconstitutional.
