I'm Here Right Now
I'm here right now. I'll be there. Well, look, if you're here, hit me up if you're in town. Actually, I am from LA. I've been there for 20 years and currently right now I've been in the UAE for a few months. It's funny because I've mentioned the UAE.
So you can buy property in the UAE. You can get a freehold. Originally were 100 year leases.
But now you can get freehold as well. It's been like that for a few years. So just FYI.
Now going back to California. Now I'm going to be going back to LA. I'm going to be here.
I've been here for a few months. I might stay here for maybe another few months. But, you know, I'm a layman just coming from an average citizen in LA.
I mean, I've seen the city, honestly, in my opinion, turn into a dystopia. I've had many, many friends, let's say at least half a dozen to a dozen friends, just leave. They just left after, you know, knowing these guys for years.
Friends' businesses going under. You know, I had a lot of clients in LA that also kind of either went bankrupt or had to move out of the state or got bought out or got bank owned. I mean, I've just seen this happen.
We actually had a group chat where we would just say every week, we're like, hey, this business just shut down. Oh, this place just shut down. You know, and we're watching this happen.
