Thank you for gracing us with your birthday, calendar birthday, DJ. So blissful birthday to you right now as well. And thank you so much, Sheila and Rick and Justin.

I didn't say hello because my mouth was full. I was like, oh my goodness, never should talk with the mouth full, especially when it's a poop. So I was just sharing my gratitude quickly just to get it done with.

So yeah, hello beautiful people, Larissa, Darling, Echo, Terrence, Bloom, Dell, Nody, Lynx, Tim, Lugia, Lod, Heather, Hussain, and Makshana, thank you for being here in this amazing space of Sheila! Reflection of Self. And season two, episode seven, of course we have to label it because why not? It's fun, right, that there is something, a continuum of something, of nothing at the same time.
