That's A Master Class

It's to get the meeting, right? Get the next meeting where they do a deeper dive. They perform deep building. You're going to explain more in depth about what it is you're building.

So that's very similar to the follow-up. So just think of it like that, right? The initial connection, the initial meeting is like your pitch to someone else to see if they resonate with your messaging. And then the follow-up is that initial meeting where you guys get more in depth, more in further detail and really deep conversation.

And you can really explain and answer any questions that they may have, right? Just to see if there's some synergy, to see if there's a working relationship there, to see if you guys may collaborate together or to see if you're going to become partners in business. So, yeah, that's what it's about. A lot of, I would say, founders shortcomings as a founder sometimes is not doing the follow-ups on the committed ones that you said, hey, I'll be scheduling my follow-ups next week.

Look for a meeting invite from me. You know, we'll work out a time of day that works best for you. So, yeah, that's as basic as I can put it, I think, Shonda.

But if you have any more questions, I'll be sure to entertain them. Bravo, Wiltie, bravo. And so it's going in, it's, one, having a strategy for your presence.

And then there's longevity and the investment of your time that you have given as well. And then it's the execution of the strategy that you're putting in place. And it's here's the barriers, here's some things that people don't do.

And it's the differentiator between you and others that attend events. Oh, my goodness. You just gave a master class right there, Wiltie.

Fantastic. I'm going to have to go through the recording, flip that out, and make some short-form media content out if you think that's a master class. I appreciate that.
