The Maximum Time We Can Give
And then, finally getting a piece out of herself. You know. It is a good thing.
One thing I do when I find it hard to write is I utilize the current feeling I am in to write, which is easy. It comes easy. Whether it is anger, sadness, love, happiness.
The current state you are in, you know, when you are unable to write, that is your muse. You know. So, currently, if you feel as you wrote, I think at that point, you were feeling there was a trauma that was haunting, or something like that.
You were able to relate, and then you put it into words. Although there are not many people that want to actually be that vulnerable in their pieces, but you did an amazing job. That is a hack for us.
You should be able to write. I think I said it before here. You don't wait until you are happy before you write, or you are sad before you write.
Your current state, you just use it. Go with the flow. Paint it down.
That is why you are a poet. You are gifted. You are blessed with the pen.
So, never let the pen stop writing. Keep going. And stay with us, Abisola.
We would love to have you in our community so that we can be a source of encouragement to you. We are all poets here. We experience the same things, because we are all humans, basically.
So, yeah. We have our own issues. Unique issues.
I think to all of us. Thank you for sharing that piece with us. Beautiful piece.
Beautiful piece. Amazing. I don't know.
Natalia, do you have a piece for us you want to present before we give the floor to Jeff to lock the space for us? Yes, I will try to put it in the comment section. But it is not working. It is not opening.
I tried opening the comment section. It is not opening. I don't know why.
Okay. Well, this is the draft I wrote. The one I dropped today.
Okay. Before we do that, you guys know how we do. Let's talk about poetry.
Every Saturday, 9 to 11 p.m. We don't want to be wasting our time anymore. Once it is 11, the maximum time we can give is, let's say, 11.15 and we will be done. So, please, do well to follow each other and request for a follow-back.
You know, so that we can engage ourselves and be familiar with ourselves, even though some of us are not actually allowed to be outside here. Oh, my God. It is all good.
So, Tanti, have you done that? Yes, he has. Okay. Please, Nathania, join.
No, not this one. The other one. Okay.
Sorry, my bad. The one I wrote this morning. Okay.

Your approach to tapping into your emotions for writing inspiration is a great reminder of the importance of authenticity in creative expression, and it's clear that it worked well for you in this piece 💭😊
