It's the perfect time of the year. Yeah. I know a lot of people don't, but I enjoy... I sort of enjoy the weather here in Georgia when it gets hot.
Not because it's hot, but because I'm just not a fan of winter. Like, no. Not a fan of it.
Sorry. I don't like the cold weather either. And the good thing is that next month all the snowbirds are going to be gone, and then it becomes very quiet here.
Not that I don't like snowbirds, but I like it when it's quiet. And when I stay here, I'm in Penelope, right by the Tampa Bay, by the beaches, the Gulf beaches. It's very beautiful.
I'm sure it is. I'm sure it is. But, yeah, I'm so excited to have you in here as my guest.
I'm going to get... And forgive me, because I should have already done this, but I'm going to get our song queued up, and then we will get into our conversation, just because I want to be respectful of your time. That sounds good. And we will have a great space, regardless of how many people show up.
