And I'll use the truncated version because I know everybody in here probably understands what TradPi is. But it was a FinTech TradPi company that was looking to develop a product that had a blockchain and Web3 tie-in, right? The third one, we were getting ready to launch KF Media as a company. We were looking for partners that could help us accomplish certain things that we had set up in our business plan that this was going to be part of our ecosystem, right? Last year was a lot because there weren't that many friends in town.

It was more like, okay, I have my bucket list of who's who of the industry that I want to meet, and I want to fulfill as much of that as possible. This one, because we're more developed, we're more mature now as a company and a community. So company first just because jurisdictional formation as a pure Web3 business was not possible in 2023.

Now I think it's becoming more and more possible. And then community surrounds the company, right? So with that being the focus, our very intentional focus for this December, the fifth one, was to start the process in terms of what business development opportunities do we need to entertain through these connections that we make, through the conversations we have, but also who are the people who have capital that are sitting on the sidelines that may be attracted to our ecosystem in terms of providing us with some higher level degrees of capital, right? So one thing also to keep in mind with these is when you make a connection, you're face-to-face, right? So you're actually having a conversation. You're reading body language.
