Hello dear Steemians friends we continue with more of magazeen presenting you this Healthy Thursdayl: Positive and Healthy Attitude.

Hola Queridos amigos Steemianos seguimos con mas de Magazeemit presentándoles este Jueves Saludable: La Actitud Positiva y la Salud.

Mente, Cuerpo y Alma deben estar sin padecimientos y en equilibrio para decretarnos totalmente sanos. Sin embargo, estamos convencidos que es la «Mente» el principal combustible o base para el conjunto completo.

¿Sabías que muchos estudios afirman que ver el «Vaso Medio Vacío o Medio lleno» puede ser clave para vivir más o menos?,

Así es, cuando estamos malhumorados, tristes o apáticos, tenemos menos voluntad para sonreír, darnos un gusto, cocinarnos algo delicioso y sano, salir a caminar entre, otras cosas. Algunas veces hasta recurrimos a vicios como el cigarrillo, el alcohol, el exceso de comida u otros, lo que a su vez alimenta aun más nuestro malestar (sin darnos cuenta) llevándonos a una ciclo sin fin contra nosotros mismos.

Tal vez puede sonar un poco «cursi» o cliché repetido, pero amarnos a nosotros mismos es la clave iniciar una vida mas Sana.

Piénsalo, ¿Ves el vaso medio lleno o medio vacío?


Por otro lado, existen muchas personas que proyectan positivismo y entrega a los demás, pero en el fondo aguardan muchas inseguridades terminan descuidándose a sí mismos. A veces ayudamos más al mundo con el ejemplo que con las palabras.

Existen muchas formas de comenzar a tener un pensamiento positivo. El principal es la decisión, el segundo aceptarte con amor luego alimentarlo con el agradecimiento y el disfrute de la vida.

Te Animamos a tener una introspección y dar el paso para sincerarte contigo mismo comenzar una vida Mas Positiva y en consecuencia: Más saludable.

Mind, Body and Soul must be without suffering and in balance to declare us totally healthy. However, we are convinced that the "Mind" is the main fuel or basis for the complete set.

Did you know that many studies claim that seeing the "Half Empty or Half Full Glass" can be key to living more or less?

That's right, when we are cranky, sad or apathetic, we have less will to smile, to give us pleasure, to cook something delicious and healthy, to go for a walk among other things. Sometimes we even resort to vices such as cigarettes, alcohol, excess food or others, which in turn fuels our discomfort even more (without knowing itt), leading us to an endless cycle against ourselves.

Maybe it may sound a little "corny" or repeated cliché, but loving ourselves is the key to start a healthier life.

Think about it, Do you see the glass half full or half empty?


On the other hand, there are many people who project positivism and surrender to others, but deep down they await many insecurities and end up neglecting themselves. Many times more we help people with our example than with our words.

There are many ways to start having positive thinking. The main one is the decision, the second is to accept you with love, then to feed it with gratitude and the enjoyment of life.

We encourage you to do an introspection and take the step to be honest with yourself to start a more positive life and consequently: More healthy
