Hi steemers! i like you to share what ive done the whole day before christmas eve... but before that I like to greet you all a MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS STEEMERS!
I start my duty at 10am this morning and finish at 10pm its a 12 hours duty for us because guest wont stop coming they love food hehehe..
Breakfast yes it is.. I cook the omelet just perfect and when it inside the egg you will reach heaven because of the mozarella cheese and under the omelet the crispy itallian hushbrown wow you gonna love it and i drizzled it with pesto sauce and garnish it with fresh basil leaves and grilled mushroom on the side ITALLIAN BREAKFAST..
Lunch... Oh yes i make this grilled Australian beef patty put a little lettuce and our special sauce with caramelized onion on top.. and our famous grilled chicken avocado the chicken we marinate it with lots of herbs and after we grill the chicken and put it inside our own brown bread with avocado and melted swiss cheese.. and our traditional club sandwich we put smoke chicken smoke turkey tomato lettuce and egg.. You must try it at home trust me!
Dinner... wow this is one of my favorite and our best seller the baked salmon we season the salmon with lemon salt and pepper then we baked it in our oven which is we use charcoal and mix it w/steam vegies and potato marble and thr sauce you will love it our very own pomegranade sauce or you can also chose the lemon butter sauce its up to you, but for me ill take the pomegranede heheh..
And for those who love salads i have also something for you American Ranch salad our new menu and one of the top of the list roman lettuce fresh and crispy season it with ranch dressing top w/fresh tomato, black beans, grill chicken w/smoke bbq sauce grilled corn and on top of onion rings mmmm wow.. and our warm goat cheese for me im not a fan but this salad is so expensive because of the goat cheese and its dressing that i make with dijon mustard..
....and last for our dessert hehe im not the one who make the cakes we have our own pastry chef i just want to complete your meal hehe..
