It always seemed to me that people who lead an active lifestyle and doing sports are not prone to depression. That is why now I started running in the morning. Previously, I was tormented all the time by mood swings and depressive states. I started using this source to deal with this. This therapy was more effective than I could imagine. But, to be honest, I don't want to return to this state ever again.
