It is one of the most obvious secrets Today. periods of withdrawals are necessary to align with our true selves - am not totally sure nature is the only solution, but it really is one way for sure
The lack of spirituality/direction is creating a World am afraid my children may not recognize (when they are born) and constantly search for meaning.
That's also a part of the reason why I write about this topic, it is a part of my purpose to awaken the spirits of my people.
It is not the only solution, but it is the best solution.
