I just need to vocalize my frustration for the rewarded network of shitposts that I see on Steemit. I feel it impacts the site in a negative way. I am not trying to convince anyone of anything. I was seeking a level of consensus from the audience and I found a nice mix of attitudes on the subject.

I might add that a MAJOR reason (perhaps the only one) that so called 'shitposts' get upvoted is
bots..
imagine have a thousand accounts. Each account is a bot. Each one upvotes your shitpost.
oh wait...it's not necessary to imagine it.
