Pre summer project

I'm struggling to motivate myself so I thought I'd set my self a project, sort out my wooden windows and doors!

I figure I should go at it window by window, replace any pieces which are rotten, which is most of the frames :( Strip paint from anything left and varnish.

Sounds simple.... :)

Hopefully not too expensive and will brighten up the house loads!
