Yes, payout for posts and comments is seven days.
Another thing to note, is that if your vote doesn't increase the payout to $0.02 then it doesn't get a payout. If this is so, I suggest saving your votes for blogs, where many more people vote together.
I do not have any current posts to upvote. I will get some more written some day.
