Things Of That Nature.
How many minds did I poison with that, with those lies? I had a responsibility as a professor and an intellectual to know the truth. And I didn't. And I transmitted that, those lies to my students, intentionally.
And that is not good. But I know that Jesus has washed me with his blood, and I forgive myself. And he has forgiven me first.
Oh, wow. Katie, can you hear us now? Yeah, thankfully. Oh, good.
Dr. Serena, this is my friend, Katie. She helps me out frequently. And she also co-hosts with me frequently.
If she's not co-hosting, she's in here. She's in my spaces with me in some capacity. So it's a, it's a, it's a pleasure to have, it's always a pleasure to have Katie help us out.
So what, you brainwashed all those minds, you taught critical race theory, and the theological basis for that is liberation theology. Why don't we talk more about what liberation theology is, for those who don't know, and how it gives birth to, like I said, it gives birth to its underlying political philosophy. So why don't we talk more about, a little about that.
Liberation theology believes that the salvation is not going to happen through offering our lives to Christ. But it believes that liberation happens here on this earth, by opting for the poor. So all the injustices that they see happening in these countries, the class differences, or people who can't pay food or whatever, you, towards changing that, that will liberate you.
And they take Jesus as the example of the victim. They don't see Christ as the king. It's the victim.
And they compare the vulnerability of Christ on the cross as the poor people who have no food, and they walk barefoot or don't have any money. So that's basically what it is. And you can see, and you can easily see the dots connecting between that and some of the ideas you taught as an academic, critical race theory, gender studies, and things of that nature.

The admission of spreading misinformation as a professor is a brave and difficult step, it takes a lot of courage to confront past mistakes. I'm looking forward to learning more about liberation theology through this conversation 🤔📚💡
