A person can be hired or a person who is running that can't get in can be appointed that to run those investigations in California with that in mind. And those are backdoor conversations that occur between the different teams and how to approach it. Like put together a valid investigation, also opposition research on this era, yes.
What you need is proper opposition research report done on adversarial. It can be open source. It can be regular.
