I am more reluctant to retry the operations related to assets sending

Today, the steem2trx fails to send the asset to HTX exchange after a successful swap.

I am more reluctant to retry the operations related to assets sending - as I am not convinced that the APIs are atomic e.g. transaction is completed even though the API returns error. This would cause more trouble e.g. sending assets twice.
