Nice article and world needs more emphaths.
In my line of work as HR I often become guidance counselor to people who are having problems within and outside the office.
It is not enough that you listen and then give advise. You need to really listen and put yourself in another person's shoes.
What might for yourself might not work on somebody else because we have all different experiences, ethics and morals.we would behave differently.
