We all love listening to music, i haven't met a single person yet, who doesn't enjoy music. When we are gloomy, when we are happy and when we are bored. We put on our headphones and listen to our favorites songs.

Through music, man's ability to express himself extend beyond the limit of the spoken language in both subtlety and power.
Everyone has a favorite song or artist and it's no surprise that liking the same music can be both a topic of conversation and a tool for connection. Personalities can be determined by the type of music people listen to think about it, there are classical people, there are artsy people, there are Hard Rock people, there are alternative people and there are country people. There are so many facets of personalization that comes from music that is, no surprise that music can be as contentious as politics or religions. It's different for everybody.
The crazy thing about music is that there is so much out there that there's literally something for every mood imaginable, there is music to calm you down, there is music to put in ethereal state, there is music to pump you up and there is music that simply serves to take away silence.
Music is something magical, it's salve for all of life's emotional wounds and i would be remiss in talking about coping techniques if i didn't talk about music.
Let me tell a little about THE HEALING POWER OF MUSIC.
1): MUSIC AND AUTISM: Autistic children have problem communicating with others, which keep them confined in their personal world. Music touches them emotionally thereby motivating this children to intact with others and express themselves freely.
2): MUSIC AND DEPRESSION: Music is a greet stress reliever, music could uplift the mood of elderly people suffering from depression. It better to listen to an inspiring and exhilarating music rather than sad song which could make you feel worse.

The power of music is yet to be explored fully but there is no doubt that music has provide effect on our body, mind and soul. So whenever you find yourself in a gloomy mood, your boss doesn't seem to stop yelling at you or stressful life is driving you crazy, you know what to do? Instead of venting out your fury or frustration just grab your phone or ipod, plug in your headphones and switch on your favourite music. Get carried away by the musical waves and you will feel related and happy in an instant.
