I like Earl Grey, and I like it really strong. This is me personal favorite.

What is Earl Grey:

EG is a type of black tea. It is typically stronger and has some bergamot added into the mix. Bergamot is a citrus fruit with a flavor combination between lemon and a bitter orange. Small amounts of the peel are added into the tea bag and rehydrate in the tea. The flavor is very unique: bitter, somewhat floral, citrus-ey, almost a little tart like lemon. This stuff is fantastic.

Harney and Sons Tea:

Harney is a small tea company based out of upstate NY. They primarily do tea production, but also operate a small tea house. If you ever get the chance, then do it. It is a great place with great tea.

Why I like this Earl Grey Most:

This is everything cranked up to 11. The black tea is punchy, the bergamot is strong. It pulls no punches for the quintessential EG flavor.
