Political aid for regime change

As his first act of Governance fake President Juan Guido of Venezuela wishes to bring in aid to Venezuela. The elected President Nicolas Maduro has declined this aid, and the military is taking steps to keep this aid out. The issue is not the aid, surely nobody has a problem with aid. The issue is that a fake President is doing this as his act of Governance. How can any Government allow a imposter President to do anything in their Land.

Imagine if a man knocked on your door and offered your family a month's supply of food in boxes, but it wasn't for free, he wants to become the man of your house, he wants to sit in your chair infront of the TV, he wants to sleep in your bed with your wife and drive your car, no self respecting man would accept something like that. If the USA wants to aid the Venezuelan people it could start by stopping to destabilize Venezuela in the first place.
You set a fire and show up with the fire extinguisher?

Life saving aid should be given if needed and not turned into a political weapon by anybody.
Putin has sent 300tons of aid to Venezuela, he has not demanded to be President of Venezuela.
