Chemitrails - They Finally Confess
On its website, the CIA publishes a stunning report confirming the existence of the climate change program in the US, using Chemtrails in the sky for these purposes.
The speech of the Director of CIA Brennan at the Foreign Affairs Council was deciphered and uploaded to the CIA's official website on 29 June 2016.
In his speech, Brennan admits that geoengineering with chemtrails can help reduce global temperatures in the "fight against global warming."
In particular, he says: "Another example is the large-scale technology, often called geoengineering, that could potentially help save the warmth of global climate change. What I pay attention to are aerosol sprays in the stratosphere, or SAI - a method of seeding into the stratosphere of special particles that help to reflect solar heat. This is largely the same as the volcano eruption, "Brennan said during the Council meeting.

There are a lot of facts but the world's media cares for everything to be neglected and the usual zombie user just believes in everything he's watching on the TV
And maybe they want it so that you think that you should not believe in TV? It all goes around, no one knows the truth. Sometimes the truth is true but sometimes a lie is true, and sometimes there is no truth .. nothing can not be stable, as grandfather Einstein said everything is relative. And pictures can be changed in Photoshop
I have done a fair bit of research into this subject, and the two chemicals attributed to these things are Barium and Alumina. It just so happens that 'trade secret' protected additives for jet fuel contain these things. Barium for antifreeze and aluminium based surfactants for anticorrosion. Both of these produce the effect of putting these into the air as aerosols, and the important property about them is they reflect radio waves. Not only that, but it ends up inside our bodies and all around every place where there is major air transit flightpaths.
And that is before you get to experimental applications for military, such as improving the range and efficiency of microwave energy weapons, radio transmissions, and the like.
The best way to get people to ignore something you are doing, is to surreptitiously insert a lot of bullshit into the discussion, so then you can point at it and declare that it's woo woo. This is called 'dogma'. The catholics believed the earth was 6000 years old and at the centre of the universe (which is true, in some sense, but not like they believed). They killed many scientists over this. These days, mostly they don't kill them, but they instead attack them with information and psychological warfare.
What I just explained in the foregoing, is sufficient, by itself, to understand that this is a real problem. It just does not tell you how massive the program is, and we plebs can't know that because national security. National security trumps health, any day of the week for governments, a bit like survival is the base regulator of any animal's behaviour.
I certainly didn't read the CIA page as a confession. It seemed clear to me he was speculating about a number of different technologies.

Chemtrails, HAARP and geoengineering are here to poison humanity and the whole planet, also to manipulate our weather, the biosphere and to block the sun. Chemtrails contain many different toxic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, nano-particles (smartdust) and genetic modified micro-organisms (GMO) etc. Its biological warfare and depopulation! Where are our beautiful blue skies?

That was a good read, thank you for posting it up. By the way they worded it they have tested geoengineering enough to know it causes problems in other unintended places. One thing that chemtrail theorist don't seem to address is the fact that the easiest way to give x chemical to people at x dosage is to put it in the water supply. That way there are no planes flying overhead leaving a 100mi trail that draws attention to the plane. They just have to goto the public works yard pumping station at night or pour it into the reservoir. Also, you would be able to detect what was being sprayed as you would know the exact time it was dropped and when to start taking air samples.
I am collecting information many years. I just arrived here in steemit few days ago but when I see i have enough followers which wants to read more about that I will start share all of my information and evidences

This is a very interesting topic, and a huge concern that our climate & atmosphere could actually be tampered with! We have heard about this from others, as well.
Er, no he doesn't. He mentions is as a possible technology with risks. Geoengineering has been publicly discussed for decades. All the so-called evidence of 'chemtrails' has been proved incorrect. Why would our wonderful leaders do something like that which is bound to affect them too?
Not that air travel is totally benign. It creates a lot of pollution, as do other aspects of our lives.
This topic is huge...just ppl denied too see the world from different angle...everyone is free to believe in whatever he wants...just most of the ppl are part of zombie nation...what they see on tv is truth, all else false, period.
There are no absolutes. Some politicians may tend to be evil, some media may lie, some people are zombies. Most people are just trying to get by and are basically honest.

I know exactly what you mean. Thats why I will explain all I know with facts and I meet enough support I will gather everything in Ultimate Almanac about chemitrails. Then everyone will decide is it reality or blind religion :)

I didn't get where this was a "confession"
that such technologies (like atmospheric aerosol injection) have been researched and tested is not a question.
whether there's a large scale program that's actually operational and spraying chemtrails, that's the question, no?
There is video of Brennan speaking about this all over youtub. You can even see the CFR logo on the wall in the background.
I will dive into the deep with this story, not just about Brennan but for chemitrails at all. Need some time to prepare everything but soon...
