A Delicious Traditional Platter with Quail & BBQ in Abbottabad

Today we enjoyed a very special traditional meal that truly made the moment memorable. In front of us was a big and beautiful platter filled with soft basmati rice, tasty BBQ pieces, and perfectly cooked quail (bater) that added a unique flavour to the whole dish.

The grilled chicken, kebabs, and the colorful shredded carrots on top made the platter look even more tempting. Every bite was full of taste, and the combination of BBQ with rice was simply perfect. Along with this, we also had a bowl of fresh raita which increased the enjoyment of the meal.

Sharing such food with family or friends always brings happiness. Meals like this are not only delicious but also remind us of our traditions and our culture of hospitality.
