I live in the state of Alabama USA. I have a debt problem. I compromised multiple delinquent accounts and now have two debts left not settled. One is a closed credit card account with Capital One bank which is earning 30% percent. The other is a payment plan with Chase Bank which is behind on the payments and will prompt a lawsuit for debt collection if not paid off by the scheduled completion date. I am pursuing multiple methods of paying off my debt. I’m 67 and looking into senior debt crisis assistance. I am also looking into getting my employer to assist.
