Do not use hand dryer in public bathroom

I usually see mark on hand dryers that they are clean and 100% anti bacteria.

Is it true? So i found article about this..

The test from the one public bathroom (photo), they took sample from one hand dryer from public bathroom and in just a few days in Petri dish, there was several strains of possible pathogenic fungi and bacteria that you are swirling around your hands, and you think you are walking out with celan hands.

I have rode in 2016 some research that showed that in hand dryers you can find 1300 times more bacteria than in paper towels.
